While we wait for our awesome application to be launched, here are some ways we can stay fit without putting in too much effort.
1. Drink more water. Always have a bottle of water by your side. Sometimes, using an empty alcohol bottle as a water bottle helps!
2. Take the stairs more often. So what if you live on the 24th floor? The elevator stops on every floor and you can get into it once you get tired of the stairs!
3. Take a walk after dinner. If you have a dog, you probably do this already.
4. Include more vegetables and fruits in your diet. Trust us, you will eventually start enjoying them.
5. Stand while traveling on public transport. It will also prevent you from falling asleep and missing you stop!
6. Take up a sport that you like. Chances of you going beyond 2 days are much higher!
7. Get rid of one unhealthy food item from your grocery list every week and replace it with a healthier one. If everything you buy is healthy, grab another bunch of spinach!
8. Buy a weighing scale. Keep a track of your weight. It helps to know if you are doing fine, spoiling yourself or overdoing it.
9. Take a break from work every hour or two. Walk to the pantry, stretch your legs, walk up to a colleague’s desk or just go out and circle your office building once.
10. And finally, get a good night’s sleep. It helps you stay productive, happy and healthy!
